From July 13-19, 2026, Mr. Nithat Phromphan, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 4, assigned the Hydrology Division to inspect and maintain the water level monitoring system in small reservoirs in Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, and Roi Et provinces. The purpose was to repair water level gauges to ensure they were in good working order, met standards, and could accurately read water levels. This is to determine the current water storage capacity in the reservoirs and to use the data to inform future water management strategies in the area.
